The Vice-Chancellor, Benue State University, Makurdi Prof. Msugh Moses Kembe added another year yesterday.
The celebration commenced with the usual Monday prayers in the Vice-Chancellor's Office led by the Chaplain, Good Shepherd's Catholic Chaplaincy, Benue State University Revd Fr Dr Pius Ajiki.
The Vice-Chancellor then proceeded to cut the birthday cake witnessed by the Director, CEFTER Prof. Daniel Adezwa; Dean of Law, Dr Kenen; Director, Development and Linkages, Prof. Ortese; Dean of Students, Prof. Kerker; Special Assistant to the VC, Mr Anjah; VC's Pilot, Mr Aondona; The Chaplain, Fr Ajiki; the Catechist, Mrs. Catherine Ashinya as well as staff in the Vice-Chancellor's Office.
Prof. Adezwa proposed a toast for the Vice-Chancellors long life, successful tenure and many fruitful years of celebration.
In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor thanked his staff for the honour and prayed God to bless them abundantly.
