Brethren, Nigerian artiste Mr. Eazi has vexed Nigerians again.
And everybody knows that when Nigerians are vexed, they do what they do best.
Shout and viciously drag the source of said vexation on social media. Here's what happened.
Mr. Eazi granted an interview where he scolded Nigerian artistes for constantly stealing elements from Ghanaian music. Watch it for yourself and see.
Mr. Eazi showed up in 2016 and referred to himself as the pioneer of Banku music in Nigeria. Something that's basically the fusion of Ghanaian and Nigerian music. Which is kinda confusing because this has been a thing in Nigeria for a while now.
Didn't 2face and Tony Tetuila already do stuff with Ghanaian artistes back in the day?
Anyways, after this video went viral, Nigerian artiste, Runtown saw this as Mr. Eazi lowkey shading him and reacted with this tweet.
Which is freaking hilarious bcause Mr. Eazi didn't even call names.
This isn't the first time Mr. Eazi has said stuff like this. Back in January 2017, he tweeted about how heavily Ghanaian music influences Nigerian music. He was dragged all over the place, he issued an apology and was forgiven.
This time, Nigerians decided they'd had enough. Check out the reactions:
Y'all should actually do this.
Looooooooool.
Na wa oh.
This was a low blow sha oh.
This guy's got jokes.
Simply put, don't mess with Nigerians.
Chai!
LMAO!
This tweet made me feel stress inna mi left breast.
Tell Him!
Why drag all of Ghana into this???
This nigga needs to calm down.
I had forgotten all about Durella. Lol
Loyalty is everything.
Then came the polls that were just petty as hell.
Mans not hot won.
Someone said that with a little autotune, the goat would make better hits than Mr. Eazi. I died.
The winner of this one will shock you!
The blank picture won.
Finally, there was this guy that made a serious observation.
Loooooooooool! The worst part is when they did talk about the album launch, all they did was make fun of her dress. LMAO!
Honestly, Mr. Eazi just needs to pick a side and stop switching anyhow.
Drop your comments below... do you think Mr. Eazi did the right thing???
